Returns and Refunds

At Yeside Laguda, every piece is created with care, precision, and respect for craftsmanship. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If, for any reason, you are not fully pleased with your order, please review our return and refund terms below.



1. RETURNS

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, under the following conditions:

  • - The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • - The item must be in its original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • - Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.


To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care team at support@yesidelaguda.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending the item back.

Please note:

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

- We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments.



2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Due to the bespoke nature of our work, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • - Custom or made-to-order pieces
  • - Items purchased on sale or during promotional events
  • - Accessories and headwear



3. REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note: Shipping fees and duties are non-refundable.



4. EXCHANGES

We currently offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color (subject to availability).
If the desired item is no longer available, we will issue a refund instead.



5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We take great care to ensure each piece meets our quality standards.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@yesidelaguda.com, attaching clear photos of the defect.
We will review and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
